Since individuals are important resources of associations, they are the ones who maintain the business exercises of associations as groups; culture helps in giving them a significance, shared vision alongside set of rules, standards and gauges as indicated by which they need to act in the particular association. There are three levels in authoritative culture as distinguished by Nayak et al.
